Driven by the desire to make wine without haste, Raul Acha searched for the best vineyard in the Toro area. Matsu, which means "patient balance" in Japanese, perfectly describes the essence of this project. Matsu is inspired by the Japanese tradition of caring for nature, purity, simplicity and the absence of artificial interventions.
It is a tribute to the Spanish wine tradition. All wines are made from grapes that grow in a completely natural environment. The Matsu Trilogy of Wines represents three generations of winemakers. Matsu is more than a winery or a wine, it is a modern project of high-quality viticulture that produces exclusive wines. Matsu refers to the connection between the Eastern urge for perfection and the most advanced biodynamic techniques of the Western world, with which the winegrowers created this ecological wine. Matsu represents the essence of a natural wine, without any use of synthetic or chemical products.
