Description
The secret of this wine are the pebbles in the vineyard. These pebbles give off heat every night to the Grenache Blanc & Muscat a Petit Grains grapes, which have accumulated the pebbles during the day. With a slow and steady maturation, as well as fermentation at low temperature (13 °), this wine has a floral bouquet associated with delicate and long-lasting aromas. It is the perfect accompaniment to light fish dishes, seafood and shellfish.
Mas de Vessière Blanc has a golden yellow color with silver sparkles in the glass. The smell of the wine is fresh, with fruity aromas of lemon, pear and quince in combination with white flowers and a mineral background. The taste is fine, delicate, juicy and soft. A mineral wine with good intensity and persistent aftertaste.
The grapes are harvested at night. Upon arrival at the chateau, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats under a controlled temperature. Traditional vinification with aging in stainless steel barrels.
